REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns / Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions.

• You inform us within 24 hours from the order delivered date and time.
• Wrong sections are delivered viz-a-viz the ordered sections. We shall exchange the correct sections within 3 working days. .
• Indus TMT bars failing to pass the technical tests as per IS Standards guidelines. You will provide us the test certificate from a government approved testing laboratory..

The processing time for a refund will be 10 working days
